Returns & Exchanges (14 Days)

• Return Window: You can return your product within 14 days of receiving your order.
  
  
• Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned.
  
  
• Return Process: To initiate a return, contact us via email at sales@3Dartstore.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions.
  
  
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  
  
• Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
  
  
• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
